At Run for the Rocks we want to do all we can to ensure runner safety while still providing great locations for family, friends and supporters to cheer on runners.   To ensure the safety of our runners, we STRONGLY discourage supporters from following runners through residential neighborhoods.  Instead, we are highlighting some great locations for spectators here.
